KARE Fest 2026: Steve Terreri on the Paul Dosti KARE Foundation and Supporting GBM & HCM Families

Steve shares how the foundation was created in Paul Dosti’s memory and how it now provides two $5,000 monthly grants to families affected by glioblastoma and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

Steve talks about the origins of KARE, the meaning behind the name, and the impact the foundation has had on more than 78 families across the country. He also previews KARE Fest 2026 at the Guilford Fairgrounds, a full day of live music, line dancing, food trucks, reunions, and community support for families facing overwhelming medical and financial challenges.
